Hawramany graduated in Electrical Engineering, University of Technology- Baghdad, he has been working for more than 20 years in Power Plants, he involved and experienced in the power project planning, management, operation & maintenance and implementation of deferent power projects and electricity network infrastructure. In 2006 he was nominated in the Advisory Board for the Ministry of Electricity Kurdistan, and Advisor to the Minister since May 2010.
The majority of his experience has been for the deferent phases of power projects development further than Hydropower & Renewable Energy.
International Experience: From 1997-2003 he worked with United Nation Development Program (UNDP-ENRP) for Electricity Northern Rehabilitation Program-Iraq as Expert and Technical Coordinator between UNDP and KRG; from 2004-2005 Lead Engineer and coordinator for Washington Group International for electricity infrastructure development projects in Kurdistan. In past 15 years he was representing the Ministry in several international energy conferences as speaker; recently he is spokesman for the Ministry, and member of Higher Commission of Environment Board of Kurdistan since 2006, and also member of Iraqi & Kurdistan Engineering Syndicate.
